Victoria Afolayan

Victoria has 20 years’ of experience in the areas of Administration, Finance, and Business Management. Since becoming one of the founding members of Acacia Care Services (ACS) in July 2020, Victoria has worked alongside the Co-founder to grow an innovative and exciting organisation within Brisbane Southwest. As part of Victoria’s commitment to community involvement, she is currently the Vice President of the Nigeria Queensland Community Association and has actively participated in community engagement such as RACQ international women’s fun run.

Victoria’s involvement has been in both private businesses and the Community Services sector in Administration, Training, Quality Assurance, and Business Management not to mention her volunteering and other community dedications. Victoria commence her career as a Finance manager where she was responsible for financial management, budgeting and reporting, project management, systems design, implementation, and system administration.

Victoria has completed an array of training and qualifications over the years. Victoria has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Accounting; Cert IV in Human Resources and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting.

Victoria has also worked in the aged care (Southern cross care) and Disability sectors ( Mercy connect) for over 5 years, providing care support to people with disabilities when it matters to them.

Her extensive wide range of experience in finance, support, Human resources, training, and assessment make her a valuable member of the team.

Eddy Osazuwa: Executive Manager

Eddy is one of the company key person as an Executive Manager.

Healthcare professional with over 4 years and over 7 years in disability sector experience in clinical management. He holds a Bachelor degree in Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Petroleum management and is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Queensland.

Throughout his career, Eddy has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills, leading multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality support care for people living with disability.

Professional Achievements:

– Implemented evidence-based practices that led to a significant improving the quality of life for people living with disability

– Spearheaded the development of comprehensive training programs for nursing staffs and support workers staff, resulting in improved patient outcomes and higher employee satisfaction.

– Successfully managed budgets and allocated resources to optimize efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care.
